ABRA, a decade ago was an absolute pleasure to work for. Everyone knew everyone - we all LOVED ABRA. Once it went "corporate" it declined RAPIDLY. They fired the best they had over and over, people who had been with them from the start, without a conscience. New leadership is a joke. They have now reached a new low, they have lost the ABRA brand - new website looks like a $20 job. We used to insist on ABRA, not Abra! Now, this is their new brand Abra. They do not even have leadership bios at the website. They couldn't care less about you - it's ALL about their growth. The new management is in place only for a time, to accomplish goals then, they'll be gone soon as well. Very sad, to have lost what had been a phenomenal company. ABRA Auto Body & Glass a top notch company - is now dead. All past employees are in agreement on this subject. Quality is gone. Ethics are gone - it's all gone.

Worst company I have ever worked for, all levels of management will stab you in the back and throw you under the bus in the blink of an eye, and they all treat the employees like they're disposable, I gave 110% it made no difference, they don't offer raises but yet they keep adding more and more responsibilities.

Stressful!!! The company could care less about the employee's. I personally enjoy working somewhere that my work is appreciated. No compliments, just told to work faster and harder. Long hours and no weekends. Sorry I have a life.

Bad , can't even take a break. Always asking you to help on other people's cars. And they will do you a favor later.
