Great atmosphere and team members
Accounting (Current Employee) –  Bridgeport, WVMarch 22, 2018
This is a fantastic place to work! Atmosphere is friendly and not cut-throat. Everyone works as a team and taking ownership of your position is encouraged. Personal responsibility is expected. Learning opportunities are provided as well as career advancement. High value is placed on customer service, integrity, and doing things right the first time. Excellence is recognized and rewarded. Management is friendly and approachable. They challenge employees to redefine their concept of their best effort and welcome suggestions to improve a process and/or the work environment. They do a great job of taking care of their employees in pay and benefits.

Poor benifts and company policies are inconsistent
route driver (Current Employee) –  Bridgeport, WVMay 27, 2016
Worked here for a few years as a delivery driver there is poor management and favoritism. Benefits leave much to be desired you only get up to 80hrs a year PTO time no separate sick time and vacation.Any day you take off is minus 10hrs regardless of if you want to use your time or not. Health insurance is pretty expensive for the below average pay for CDL drivers. Management treats employees differently does not have consistent policies. However, if you do your stops in an orderly fashion you can get home to have plenty of family time. 4 day work week but you will work 10 to 16 hour shifts. Have been asked to avoid scales due to " possibility of being overweight". Paid "straight pay " so you do not get paid time and a half but you do get safety bonuses every 3 months. Worked 100hrs every 2 weeks regularly. This company goes through a lot of employees.
Pros
Off weekends and holidays
Cons
Poor management, lower pay, benifts, not likely to make a career out of

Overall, the company was a great place to work. But the pay at the time was lower than other similar companies were paying.
