good pay and benefits, no vision, nepotism
Not a good place to work unless you are atribal member. No respect for white people. Electedd officials are not qualified for leadership for the most part. Won't properly finance the court. Shabby raises less than 2%.

Great place to work!
I love working for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe! The hours are great and if you have a family emergency or if life just smacks you down for a minute they are very understanding of the situations you go through!

Good and bad
I've been here for a couple years now, the hardest part is its always short staff in the registration dept. Either employees move to other departments or quit becauee its to busy. But i understand why they move for better pay or less stress. Registration dept is hard to get rises. jobs here look great from the outside but once you get in you realize the unimaginable level of mismanagement of staff, micromanagement, poor staff morale and high turnover rate.
