To hire better dietary aides who show respect and knows what theyre doing. Dont hire ones without experience.
Respect the cnas more. They are backbone of the facility. Nurses rarely help. It’s your cnas who have direct contact daily, hourly with the residents. Every day, literally every day there is at least one resident who says they see the cnas are under appreciated and very over worked
Rns should help the lpns instead of laughing behind the desk
Stop being cheap with low wages and no raises and give the employees a lot of respects and rewards.
Give all employee a raise every year because the company has many talented and hardworking employees. There are a lot of shortage of staff because no one wants to apply for low wages job.. We all are insulted with low wages and no raises. Plus start matching employees 401k.
