All staff receive, at a minimum, two weeks of paid time off per year in addition to 5 paid holidays. We ask that our team members submit their time off requests in advance to ensure that the offices are staffed adequately for our patients. The denial of time off is rare, contrary to what is stated above.

The pace of the offices is fast. Our focus is first and foremost on the quality of patient care and we strive for same day treatment if this is for the benefit of the patient. Our team members continually comment on how they thrive at Absolute due to the structure and systems we have in place.

What most people don't see is our culture. That is a buzz word but you can't imagine what our team members have accomplished. We are a company of giving back. Absolute Dental partnered with the UNLV School of Dental Medicine Community Clinics and have donated a substantial amount of money and volunteer time to treat the underprivileged children in Las Vegas. Our teams donated $26,000 to the pediatric cancer foundation in 2019, second highest fundraiser in the state. One of our own employees was involved in a hit and run car accident, leaving her paralyzed. Our teams raised enough money to have her transported via air ambulance to a hospital in Colorado. This is not just a dental company. This is a family that cares about others and acts on it.
