Tread lightly

The company is flexible with hours. However they overwork your staff. You also are expected to do many unrealistic things in one role. Management never listens unless you are important to them and there are no other opportunities in the company. Raises rarely happen if you’re lucky. No benefits for anyone not working full time and the benefits for full time is not good.
