There needs to be reorganizing of all policies, and procedures. All staff especially upper management should reinterview for their jobs. HR has unethical ways of doing business. Most employees do not care about the communities they serve. They’re merely working as if this is a factory. The head of HR should be ashamed as to how this organization is run. Those who work there should be ashamed for not speaking up! 'If you are silent about your pain, they'll kill you and say you enjoyed it.'
Cm get 40 cases ( human resources is hard to get in touch with when you call them. They don,t return emails or calls. Hr will take 2 months to call after I passed the interview. The hardest part of the job is that 4 case managers in a small office, roaches flies,. No clients confidentiality at all., 4 Clients in the room at the same time .No elevators and you must climb 3 flights up looking for your clients. This is like a gym membership to loose weight climbing these stairs. This company is not organized at all. Every 2 months a case manager quits. They are unprofessional.
