Fun place to work
Fun place to work. Everyone gets along. Managers help with schedule issues. Everyone is there to help each other when needed. It is the only retail job I've had that has all that

Loved it
Being that this establishment was my first job I didn’t really know what to expect, but my fellow employees made me feel like I belonged. Management was stellar and very observant and disciplined. There was opportunity for advancement and growth.

Poor management
I worked here for 2 1/2 years and was told multiple times I would be promoted. It got to the point where the manager told the other associates to think of me as their team lead. I had been in Team Sports longer than anyone else and was great at my job working 40 hours a week for over 2 years. Then they hired a team lead from another department with less experience and work ethic, and they told me since I was still technically part-time I could no longer work more than 30 hours a week.

College job
Fun job, around sporting equipment. Something I have a passion for. Worked here while I was in my 3 college semesters. Worked in footwear as a sales man.

Worse job is my life. Low pay and long hours past 12am. Spend long nights at this job for $9.05 and hour and $0.05 raises yearly. Hard pass. Anyone working for them beware

Interview Questions

Regular interview questions

Shared on April 20, 2020

The hiring manager asked me about my experience listed on my resume and asked me a few sample questions like what I would do in certain situations should they arise. The manager also asked me about my availability, if I was willing to learn multiple positions, and how much pay I was looking for. Manager was very professional and polite.

Shared on March 31, 2020

The hiring manager only asked if I had any retail related experience and how much I got paid at my previous job. Afterwards, he gave me insight on what the job was going to be like.
