Every leader within needs to be retrained and continue to do so periodically to avoid inconsistency for daily operations. From the head of each facility to human resources, the culture said they care to be part of a team but quick to blame rather than aim to use as a teaching moment. Zero training toxic work environment

The place I worked was horrible. There was no management or too much management managers. Tried to get a part of other things that weren’t necessarily needed constant drama no real safe person to look up to constant issues unreliable staffing.

Management uses and abuses employees theit only interest is profit over people the worst employer I ever had

Over worked an under paid . If management comes in under budget the amount is added to senior managements bonus. Try getting a raise from them with that insentive ny lat raise was $0.03 last year a merit bonus was 2%.inflation was 8.7% the most enjoyable part of my jobs was leaving after 3 years
