It’s a great place to learn and then use that knowledge to grow within the company or elsewhere with another facility. Pay isn’t great but knowledge is priceless!

This is horrible company to work for. They lie and dont care about staff/ pt safety. When I had applied for an open position different from what I was doing in the company , they told me that they do not promote within and was denied twice a position that I was more than qualified for. Then they end up promoting other staff though, so as you can see that was a complete lie and I found it very unprofessional and unfair. All they care about is getting a head in the beds no matter how dangerous or unhealthy the pt can be. They never had enough

The company is chaotic, unsafe and does not care about the people. People quit faster than they are hired. It is easily the worst experience of my life. I heard awful stories of how people were being treated on almost a daily basis. The CEO is unfit and mean spirited as well as unprofessional!

I have been employed here for awhile now and I can say this place has definitely gone down the hole when it comes to staffing, organization, and patient care. Management does not care about its employees and the CEO who runs this specific facility is not nice to their subordinates here. This place cares about one thing - above workers, patients, and quality - and that's money. I was hired for one specific position and now since it is chronically understaffed I am forced to do several other jobs with no benefits or increase in pay. I am not the same person I was when I first started here, I am emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted by this place.

I would not go back to work for this company. It was stressful most days and upper management had no respect for their employees or their time. I was underpaid and underappreciated.
