Contemplate rolling back over in bed each morning due to the high stress of the job. Management is in it for the numbers, extremely happy when we have a full hospital, but never think about the employees on the floor. We often come home with bruises or having been yelled at all day by patients. You get torn in ten different directions and it’s very hard on your own mental health.
I would say it was average to above average, they're really nice people, so there wasn't a lot of pressure it was more of a conversation than an interrogation.

Clean house, restructure management, and shift the focus back to helping patients instead of making a profit.
