The kind of place that expects you to hit the ground running and ends contracts the week before Christmas.
There is no training. You are expected to be "independently resourceful". Asking clarification questions is a big no when you need help. People are nice as long as you are meeting all of their unspoken expectations, if you mess up(which you will at somepoint) they will force you out. They don't care about people or helping their people advance.

Productive and fun workplace with ping pong table
Great teams, good people and fun work environment. Company is growing up so there are growing pains, but all for the better. Most of upper management is fun and approachable. Company cares about employee development and it is part of mission statement and they are walking the walk so far! I am pretty proud of how far the company has come and excited about the work we do here.
