Field Case Manager in Brenham, TX
Love working with the patients.
Difficult to complete the work required in the work day. Most often worked overtime everyday to complete daily assignments without any overtime pay. Otherwise, it was a really good office and group of people.
Behavioral Health RN Case Manager in Medford, OR
I enjoyed me direct coworkers. I was a behavioral health case manager. I absolutely lived my patients. I wasn’t too impressed with my supervisor after some time passed. I really liked her and got along well with her however she seemed to have some trouble communicating. She was forgetful and tended to throw us under the bus after she told us what to do in a situation. The work/home balance was awful. Charting all hours of the night.

Management ruins the job
Pay is decent and benefits are good. Workload is most of the time unreasonable and unrealistic. I loved what I did but with any company, management will make or break the employees and the management here has a lot to be desired. If your nose isn’t attached to a managers rear end then you don’t exist and are held to the standards in which everyone should be but aren’t. They change up policies as the feel like it as well as work processes so everyone stays confused and if you ask a question you will get a different answer from every manager.
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Westwood, MA
Flexible, good pay,
Overall reasonable place to work, busy management due to workload which can cause lack of communication. Easily fixed by reaching out. May have to go that extra mile but manageable. Team work

For profit agency does not provide client centered care
In general, managers at AccentCare are more concerned with profit than giving patients what they need.
My experience working at AccentCare has been very disappointing
