Understaffed, overworked, inefficient documentation system, high turnovers. Very little salary growth potential. Expect you to see patients between 8 to 5 and document afterwards. Absolutely no life work balance. Great field staff is unfortunately not appreciated. Expensive benefits. Employee appreciation and team building in non existent.
