This company is very disorganized and your spoken to like a child. Management is a piece of work and turnover is high. Expected to work all over with schedule on a day by day basis, no consistency, they keep people on service who have no reason to be on service. Favoritism is a big part. It was one disaster after the other. This is not a good company to work for and benefits are awful!

Understaffed, overworked, inefficient documentation system, high turnovers. Very little salary growth potential. Expect you to see patients between 8 to 5 and document afterwards. Absolutely no life work balance. Great field staff is unfortunately not appreciated. Expensive benefits. Employee appreciation and team building in non existent.
