Some places is bad got to watch where you walk are the floor will fall in with you.and overtime pay sucks
Little to no communication from Clinical office staff to field staff.
ED’s come and go without notice to field staff.
Large coverage area with unrealistic productivity demand when FT.
No or inconsequential pay raises.
Frequent office closures/merging with other offices with little notice and loss of office positions.
Good documentation system (Pointcare).
Sometimes it's bad working in the homes because it's not pretty and the pay sucks
This company is very disorganized and your spoken to like a child. Management is a piece of work and turnover is high. Expected to work all over with schedule on a day by day basis, no consistency, they keep people on service who have no reason to be on service. Favoritism is a big part. It was one disaster after the other. This is not a good company to work for and benefits are awful!
Need more pay for everyone that has more than clients to see and that loves to work
This company don't have no benefit. A person need vacation time of Pto.
Relaxed and comfortable
Understaffed, overworked, inefficient documentation system, high turnovers. Very little salary growth potential. Expect you to see patients between 8 to 5 and document afterwards. Absolutely no life work balance. Great field staff is unfortunately not appreciated. Expensive benefits. Employee appreciation and team building in non existent.
Stressful. I did not like getting yelled at by the supervisors.
