Show appreciation for quality work and patient satisfaction.
Ensure thorough documentation of all staff. Do chart audits.
Need better communication.
Less chiefs, more clinical staff. Quit creating positions at the corporate level and staff offices with enough clinicians.
Promote professionalism and doing quality work.
Timely submission of RN documentation so visits can be scheduled in timely matter.
A little raise now and then.
Foster team work/team building, company pride.
Address issues, patient complaints.
Make staff accountable for their paperwork, visit times in home and following scheduling technique instead of staff just showing up at patients without warning or appt with patient.
And again, show appreciation for your employees that do the work, follow the rules l, get good patient results/reviews and submit timely thorough paperwork.

Replace the branch manager at the senatobia ms office.she is unfair with employees she does not like and will set them up to get them fired.
