Empresa boa com alguns adendos

A empresa têm bons beneficios e cultura de um modo geral. O que me pega é a avaliação anual. Processo extremamente cansativo e chato, pegam no seu pé por qualquer coisa, que muitas vezes nem é um problema crítico. Você não consegue se defender em nada, se você têm uma avaliação ruim porque simplesmente inventaram alguma coisa para falar mau de você, você simplesmente tem que aceitar e "tentar" melhorar e eles te arrancam todo o bonus de final de ano como uma maneira de te castigar. Como se não fosse pouco, te trocam de projeto, colocam em um projeto mais difícil ainda para você performar.

What is the best part of working at the company?diverse projects , and cross functional breadthWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?no work life balance ,at onsite or in Delivery centers.In India some of the HR policies are worse, they dont even pay for sick leave! you have to book 9 hours even if you work more than 12 What is the work environment and culture like at the company?stressful, and always like on a firefighting mode ..people dont respect time or leave to call /email team members...this culture is top drivenWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?start with emails ,to end of day calls ,only when you are not at billable work you get respite or a 'normal day'in India delivery center,you have to lot of useless paper work

Il y a trop de sujets sensibles que la boite ne prend pas en considération, de la discrimination, à le harcèlement en passant par l'intimidation des chefs.Tu auras beau soumettre ces sujets et personne ne répond, pire, ils essaient toujours d'étouffer la situation.C'est dommage de savoir qu'une entreprise aussi grande et qui prône le multiculturalisme peut être muette sur ces genres d'interrogations.Au début du contrat, il y a toute une formation sur ces sujets, mais aucune action concrète quand il s'agit d'évoquer ces sujets.Je me demande même pourquoi faire ces formations sur la discrimination, le harcèlement, l'intimidation, s'ils n'arrivent pas à mettre tout le monde au même pied d'égalité

Accenture as a company is one of the best, Benefits are great. The culture, the people and the environment is awesome. I was able to start a career because of that.

So much benefits, giveaways and prioritized the people when the pandemic started.

Cons

The project I was in was telco and we already know why it’s in my cons.

All for profit never for the workers

Managers bang on about benefits and how good it is to work there but company is only about profit making 50 billion in one quarter then making 19k redundancy’s globally. Management don’t care about you or your work life balance - they say work from home but then force you in to an empty office - unless you work in London office facilities are poor - culture is shut up and put up

Good Culture but Toxic management.

Workplace culture is great but management were micro managing. Many trainings were offered and people are greatly appreciated. Salary is not competitive and annual increase is not high

poor. 3/10 . poor management support , poor HR support

What is the best part of working at the company?some support from colleagues who share the same mindset, sentiments and goals. IT department is also 4/5 , very supportive. Onshore support 4/5. but Filipino leads, under Healthcare Services including HR Recruitment and Resources, all are useless and not pro employee. Thanks.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No such Tress .. regular work challenges are there... some times stress full... very rare cases...but take it as positive on those days...and strong your skill set to make the situation stress less. デリバリーにおいては組織の壁に捕らわれず、クライアント(アカウント)単位を基準としてあらゆる部門の専門家が集まりプロジェクトチームを組成できる。最近はBPOに注力しており、あらゆるアカウントでBPOに繋がる案件の提案余地を探しているように見える。一方で、稼働率や売上といった数値目標は部門ごとに管理基準が事なり、場合によっては同じような目的の管理が複数部門から行われるなど、組織の壁を感じることもある。特に親会社への報告を前提とした管理が始まると、その部分だけ最優先で対応することが求められるなど、管理のための管理が当たり前になっている風潮もある。
