We appreciate that you took the time to share this input, and we're sorry to hear that you've gotten this impression. We certainly want our team members to feel supported in the work/life balance along with the ability to take on overtime. A healthy balance is important, and our leadership and support team care deeply about ensuring that this is the case for our team members.
