They will not be in business in the next 5 years.. Access is a privately owned business as of today. By the year 2020, the company will go public and become IPO. The company will be bought by Iron Mountain, unless the New York and New Jersey mobsters don't dissolve the company first.

Results driven atmosphere. If all goals are met, everyone gets to relax or go home. When understaffed, the atmosphere is quite stressful.

For my location and circumstances i worked at least 10 hours a day some days i worked 12 hours and then still there were times were i would work more than 12 hours in a day, anything to get the job done.

I would say if you don't security, and any structure then Access is the place for you. They pay well, but stress level is unreal.
