They hire a huge amount pf people not telling them that they have to be call ready after taking 6 or less calls or they are let go. If you pass that insane task. You have about another 10 days to become client ready or they fire you. Nobody tells you at the interview. You know when you quit your job to work for them... and in training class they tell you. When you already quit your job to work for them. They have good people that would be great if given a bit more guidance.

Initially I felt great about it, because the company really seemed to care about its customers and employees. Now everything is about the bottom line and making money. They don't care how much more stress they place on employees.
