Unstable. Agreed upon schedules will change for managements convenience at any time (which is not mentioned at time of hiring) HHAs are expected to work a lot of overtime (also not mentioned at hiring). On call schedule is very hard to accommodate to as well. There is little to no backup help available when needing off.
