I’ve only been working for Accurate for 5 months. In this time, I have learned that this company was trying to be intimidating from the get go and they are VERY nosey! I’ve never worked in the medical industry before but I do know that I had little to NO training. Especially hands on training. They put you through an 8 hour orientation and expect you to remember everything in the one day. I asked about more training and my manager got all hot headed and told me I would have to talk to a different department to look into it further. Not to mention no one has ever called me just to see how I like my new client. They’re very fake about trying to be nice. My manager sounds like she's reading off of a script and has no intentions of getting to know me as an employee. She has tried to put me on the spot several times about small things I truly had no clue I was doing wrong. I hate it everytime their name pops up on my phone because it’s usually nothing good. I have no clue who actually runs what it’s almost like theres elves running around with magic wands. Trying to ask for some vacation time is a different story in its self. These guys stress me out for sure.
It has a bright future, for all those who have made it through with open minds and hearts are the basis of the company, you need good strong capable staff to grow and succeed.
