Overtime was eliminated regardless of client/families needs. Salary cut in half due to no overtime approved. No raises from Accurate except the Money from the state. So we I believe received a 3% raise and then part of money was going to help us get better health insurance which is unrealistic et unaffordable. I would of rather received more pay...

No client's to keep you busy an Accurate has didficulty hiring enough staff to bring on to get client's. The reputation of this company is soiled forever time to close the doors. Beating up your recruiters isn't the answer!
