Laid off, department downsized
new management that did not like current staff wanted own.
I was told by my supervisor and coworker to add more numbers to my paper work in order to meet there standers, as a church going man and fear God more and was not going to lie on my paper work, shortly after that I was shown to the door. And the others do just that, put more numbers down on there paper work then what thy do. I will lie for no Company..
The Owner was terrible and the Manager was horrible!
The RSC in Loxley, AL failed to offer proper training to new hires which aided in having a continuous high turnover rate of employees. Management was not organized and leadership was lacking. Supervisors that were brought in were inexperienced and not effective.
One co worker was very roude and made me feel hurt .i found out later that his head was afected by his military duty .i regretted that i resigned my job with Ace hardware i still wish be working at that store
I wasn't happy enough to be a cashier and they refused to let me work in a different area.
Our warehouse was poorly run and management lacked the ability to function properly.
