Retail is a terrible buisness to work in, unless your in upper managment.

The most useful review selected by IndeedGet out of retail as fast as you can. Ace Hardware is no different. You work to please the customers and make money for someone else, but while you do all the work you see a miniscule return on your labor.

Does not care about employees well being
Clerical Associate (Current Employee) - Pinole, CA - July 13, 2021
Working here was great at first. However, over time the management slowly started cutting hours. I ended up with only 8 hours per week and unable to pay bills. Management says its because they are over budget, but they keep hirring new people. There are pleanty of jobs so don't waste your time here.
