No room for mental health
Not all that glitters is gold. School offered a large salary, but came with a cost. Climate and Culture needs work but families are amazing
teachers start work anytime before 8am. The school day ends at 3:45pm. You teach in your assigned classroom. There needs to be more transparency from administration communicated to teachers.

Stressful and non-supportive
Worked very hard but felt unappreciated. no support from administration and other teachers and staff. long weekends doing work for the classroom, but never appreciated.
