Reviews for Physical Therapist in Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy and Autism Services
Productive. Heavy on documentation and accountability
Early intervention Physical Therapist (Former Employee) - NYC - June 8, 2021
No career advancement for certain clinical personnel. Credentialing and updated training is definitely key. In-person and virtual trainings were timely and appropriate. Management was very knowledgeable but treatment of professionals in the field could be demeaning at times. Said they appreciated our efforts but actions could use improvement. Questionable respect regarding travel efforts and time of appointments, by families. Effective Communication is lacking and can use improvement.

Great place to work
Physical Therapist (Current Employee) - Lewisville, TX - October 14, 2016
Love the ability to create my own schedule. It really helps with the work/life balance of having two school-aged children. I like being able to choose the area in which I am working. My co-workers are enthusiastic and friendly and really love their job of improving our pediatric clients' lives.
Pros
customizeable schedule, great pay, very manageable hours

Organized supportive company
Early Intervention Physical Therapist (Former Employee) - Forest Hills, NY - September 2, 2015
Achieve Beyond was very supportive and protective of their employees. I always had help and support when needed. Typical day included treating 2-3 home care cases as a part time job after school. Daily notes were dropped off bi-weekly.
Pros
Fun and rewarding position
Cons
Limited time to complete daily notes, progress notes, and yearly updates
