Check into your Shelby NC location immediately there is a serious issue with this location YOUR supervisors authority is not used correctly there is TREMENDOUS FAVORITISM jobs need to be split up fairly for each employee this will keep them there and get your dates met by OCTOBER every time you fire you have to hire which leaves yet again more money being dispensed more time spent on educating new employees and less meters being installed locations of work sites and address are not being updated employees are sent to locations that no longer exist and being told they have to get 40 meters in a day within a week or they are fired you can't get that if you are constantly sent to wrong address not to mention your already fighting off wild life (dogs, snakes, bears, spiders, mountain lions, foxes, etc )it starts with training EVERY supervisor needs to properly train their employees they are VERY lazy if your not checking into the issues as a supervisor you can't possibly know what is going on they also tell Employees do whatever to get the job done but if you get caught is your fault and if you don't get 40 meters is your fault too. Safety is your BIGGEST issue you can't tell your employees one thing then do another your Shelby location is making this company look like a joke and Aclara Technologies is far more intelligent than this please consider my submission for the marketing and branding sake of this company thanks.
