My advice would be, put people in your corporate office who have actually worked in the field for the company. These people are the ones that can answer all the questions about production because they have first hand knowledge of it.

If a project is being bidded on then have someone who has done that type of work for the company before give their knowledge of what it’s going to be like so a more accurate and detailed bid can be placed, in short, it would stop any projects from going past their deadlines as well as save and make the company more money.

The work environment is great, your constantly in a different environment daily, your office is in the field, you meet and greet a wide array of people from all over.

The job is very competitive and fast paced, not for the weak at heart. The crew is like a second family of sorts, it is truly a motley crue.
