Management in over their heads
Acorn has the potenyto be an amazing company but it seems as if it has outgrown the level of experience their management has. One glaring area is every territory or region as thry call them has the exact same quotas. This means if you sell in New York or Alabama, California or the Carolinas, you're all held to the same matrix.
