Depending upon your geographic location, $10 to $12 per hour as a Merchandiser, getting employees a raise is extremely difficult for managers to do, as I am a Manager there. When somebody applies to another position in the company the Recruiters don't look at them, we have to push the issue for our good people to get their application looked at and really fight hard to get them to be interviewed. Over 4 years as a Manager and I have successfully helped 2 people get into higher positions, and it was an uphill battle, all while having to do my job. Take away from this what you will, it's a job.
12.00 an hour always no raises 2016
12.00 or 13.00 but raises have not happened in over 9 years and equipment is old and needs upgrades.
I get paid $12 an hour for the past 6 years, no raise. The company now wants us to sell to the stores we go. It's not easy.
They start you out at $10-$12 per hour and don't expect to ever get a raise!
