Two interviews

Honest truth. Just so you can get an idea. I received a call from ACT for an interview, I never showed. They called me back asked me why I never came i told them I don't have business casual clothing. They told me bring in what you can. I showed up in a t shirt, tennis, and shorts. Was hired. Didn't show up for training and yet they called me weeks later to ask if I was still interested. Reinterviewed, this time I wore jeans. Been working here ever since.

Be mindful they will hire before a background check has been completed so you may think you have a job but if you got anything that may disqualify you in that background check you could work 5 days and then be sent home. Saw it happen to many during training. Basically an in person interview then if offered a second, it is in the office over the phone because essentially your job will be on the phone. There is also a computerized test or two before the interviews. Typing skills, listening skills, and customer service skills inquiry basically.
