Poor, Disconnected Management
I was an employee for one of Actions' high-end ultra luxury condominiums here in San Francisco for almost two years prior to leaving. Like others have stated, they are getting a lot of the contracts for these new high-rises in San Francisco, but do not have the recruitment levels/staff for such an amount of contracts.
