Acts Retirement Spotlight: L'Shunda Matthews, Senior Life Care Consultant, Westminster Village

Meet L’Shunda, a Senior Life Care Consultant at Westminster Village in Spanish Fort, Alabama.

“I was looking for more growth and opportunity which lead me to Acts! Throughout the entire interview process, I was exceedingly impressed by the culture. I saw how welcoming and kind people were to have me as a member of the Acts family from the CEO to our regional sales director. The level of respect in communicating to one another, just the small things that get lost in big corporations, were being used here and I could see how those small acts eventually produced great results within the company. I also noticed the genuine care and love Acts and its employees exercised with residents and how it’s reciprocated. I didn’t fully understand what I was witnessing until my official orientation, where I was provided full details of the Acts mission statement. I was so elated to have already witnessed Acts Loving-Kindness. It was overwhelming. I am blessed to work with a company that fulfills the very thing they were expecting for me. That impression will forever be in my heart. I’m looking forward to sharing the gift of Loving-Kindness that was given to me ten times fold.”
