Meet Louis, one of our many valued team members at Normandy Farms Estates in Blue Bell, PA. Louis joined Acts nearly 10 years ago, working multiple staff positions within our Culinary Department before taking on the important role of Life Engagement Coordinator, where he plans, organizes and oversees many of the day-to-day activities, events and outings that our residents have come to love.

Meet Quineta Henry, a Receptionist at Heron Point of Chestertown in Chestertown, Maryland.
"The best part about working at Heron Point are the residents. They are uplifting and encouraging to all staff members," says Quineta Henry, a receptionist at the community, "I recently made the transition to receptionist after 11 years as a culinary service manager. I made this decision about two years ago after becoming a mom. The schedule change allows me to see my son more and I’m more than happy to be able to stay at Heron Point instead of starting over at a new company or job!"
Meet Alma, a star team member at Southampton Estates, in Southampton, PA, who was honored as Employee of the Month in November 2019.

Meet Michelle. She's worked at Heron Point of Chestertown in Chestertown, Maryland, for 25 years.
"I started in 1994 as a dishwasher and within nine months moved up to prep cook."
Meet Sam, a Skilled Mechanic in the Maintenance Department at Country House in Wilmington, Delaware. Sam started as a server at Country House as a teenager, some 25 years ago. In that time he’s pitched in wherever needed, from washing dishes and working in our health centers.

Meet L’Shunda, a Senior Life Care Consultant at Westminster Village in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
