Nepotism in many departments as well as in ability to terminate anyone due to personal connections with upper management. Residents suffer. Can't terminate long term employees especially. Good old boy mentality. New people are not encouraged to bring new ideas.

At first. I was happy to talk about it, but as management began to show their true selves (i.e., denigrating the employees, talking about residents and not responding to certain requests in a timely manner), I realized this was not the organization the mission statement portrayed it to be.
