Stay clear of the kitchen department. Backstabbing, overworked, never enough staff, favoritism, drama. Way to many "managers" and not enough muscle. You hear nothing but flak for 8 hours from so called prissy managers who walk around the kitchen in heals, skirts, low cut, illfitting tops, instead of your chef and kinda makes you wonder as to who runs the asylum, Zero cordination amongst kitchen staff. 2 cooks in the morning to cook 2 meals for about 400 people each meal to be ready to take to sattilite kitchens throughout the facility, all while also having to work an alacarte grill station from 6-9. (2seperate parts of the facility).
With the correct management and staffing in place this could be a rock star situation but not as it is run now.
