Worked as a Care Manager and from the interview I should have known it wasn’t a good place to work but I was optimistic. Right from training to client home visits there were problems with the office staff. The individuals in charge are dishonest and reach out to you right before they leave for the day. So, if you call them back immediately, they’re already gone.
After a family emergency and being called a lier about the situation was when I said I had had enough and put my notice in. Some of my clients were upset, but understood my reasonings. Humana has been made aware and the emails have been sent to them too on the way Aquity staff talks to their contract employees.
