I loved working with my members. Management was very difficult to speak with. There was constant turn around in management. That made it difficult as one manager wanted things done one way and the next a different way.
Not a stable position, leadership isn’t responsive and are not transparent or honest about the health of the company. Company does not reflect their own core values or missiOn statement at any level.For a company that deals with patients, they don’t do well taking care of their employees. Patient flow isn’t reliable, and compensation isn’t competitive.
