You only get vacation days (FTO) when you're a full-time employee. If you're part- time, you can request off ahead of time, but you just won't get paid. You can also use one of your 6 yearly call outs. Full-time employees have a 4 month probation period where if you take off during this period you start all over again. You also must be working 39-40 hours a week during this to start gaining FTO. The longer you work there the more FTO you earn a pay period. You can carry 5 FTO days into the new year. The most vacation time you can take at one time 2 weeks. If you've worked there 7 years or more, you can take 3 weeks.

Flexible. You will cover facilities in morning hours. By the time you get off the day is still young. Which will give you an opportunity to pick up other part time work.
