You get all weekends and government holidays off (holidays paid if you are full time). Paid only once a month so budget carefully. Never have to work night shifts. It does get busy as it is a DMV but if you work fast and are not stressed easily its a great fit. Resources are everywhere. Lots of changes are made to form numbers and statutes frequently - more ... so you have to stay updated. Lots of opportunity for advancement. - less

While they are working hard to change the culture of the organization, this will be a hard task to accomplish when internally and unbrodcasted, there are so many management and leadership changes taking place.
