They're all in for "agile," meaning that it's waterfall except you have meetings every day and everyone staring down your throat the whole time in the "fast-paced!" (i.e. distraction-saturated) environment. And don't try to work from home if you need some quiet for, say, effective concentration. It's bad for collaboration (somehow, they say, whoever - more ... "they" are)
