Does not matter they froze all PTO and refused to pay out so you wont get to use it.

You can work a Saturday or Sunday to take a day off during the week if it works for overall patient care and I decide my start time. It's pretty flexible.

While I enjoy working with my patients, Adaptive Rehab's main focus is productivity and this is constantly brought to our attention. Even when your productivity meets the standard they still complain about it. A typical day is coming in and hurrying up to log into the computer to "punch in." Then you find your schedule, which you have no control over, and start running. There are no therapy aides to help. This can be a challenge when they expect concurrent and group. Hopefully your computer works and Rehab Optima doesn't send you dumb error messages. They require daily and weekly notes so it seems like you are always typing.
