Laborer II Worker / CDL Driver in Albuquerque, NM

Run away, no job security, poor management
Company has poor management, the area manager is insane, the job security is not there, fly by night contractor that ll provide work then leave once they cant compete w other contractors in your town and loose on contract bids. RUN and dont look back. Lots of back stabbing in the crews. Safety? Psh, whats that? says ADB. Commercial fleet is a thousand years old, easily get dot violations for flaws in vehicles that need repairs, but no one cares if a tail light is out or oil pans are leakin or your safety strobe light is dangling off a truck.

A single man's line of work. Another one of them "family" comes first. But have a *expletive* on off schedule if you're traveling. 3 weeks on and a wopping 3 days off. Some care and work with you. Some don't. Getting a raise requires pulling teeth or quitting.
Sr Project Manager in Albuquerque, NM

Worst place ever to work. Sr management is ignorant and will abuse their powers. Work environment is terrible. They treat employees terribly. There is no job security. At any point in time they will fire a person for no reason. Stay away from this Company.

ADB is a very challenging and rewarding work place. I've enjoyed being a part of this team for over 3 years now and every day brings something new. Great people, great leadership, great teams make for busy days that go by fast.

The culture at ADB Companies is unlike any other. Success here starts with hard work and dedication. They are big on career growth and never try to hold you back from doing so.

Interview Questions

Interview was standard and very professional - however they never got back to me when they said they would and ignored all texts and emails which is VERY unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging.

Shared on October 4, 2019

Interview was a standard array of project and outlook questions.
