Overworked, under-paid, not appreciated by management.

I worked there for over a year, it came time to take my vacation that I thought I had earned for all the dedication, time, and effort I had put in, the manager asked me what my vacation plans were, and then proceeded to tell me that I could take three days one week, and two days the following week, I wouldn't be able to take my vacation because there were doctors working. All other employees had taken or were not currently taking any time off during my requested vacation. This is an example of taking advantage of employees. Also, as a part of the MOHS team, certain employees would get special treatment, as in the amount of work expected of them. Such as, washing instruments, folding towels, and leaving earlier than the rest of the team. All the while making the same pay, without exercising skills with patients, sterile technique, or anything productive toward completing tasks.
Great doctors, and dedicated team members who are helpful. NO compensation for traveling to different offices.
Little to NO breaks, NO teamwork, VERY POOR management.
