Holiday pay and a little bonus around the holidays would be nice considering how hard caregivers work. Also take time to set out an actual training program. Don't send someone out with just a handbook after watching 20 year old vhs training tapes that are neither useful or relevant anymore. And lastly, make sure office staff in each location are trained to train people.

I was hired within a few days. They were however very desperate to find someone to work for a picky client, so they rushed to get me in for interviews and the little testing and such. You do about 3 days of training once you're hired so altogether you can begin work within a week when they are motivated to hire.

No they don't drug test, it states it in the handbook but they don't! Corporate Downers Grove is full of drugs. You could call the ethics hotline all you want and they won't do nothing. They even hire sex offenders !
