Years ago it was fast now days I think it take more time to start working, because my in law took her trainning she had her finger prints done and they told her she ad to wait until they receive some more paperwork
I was hired within a few days. They were however very desperate to find someone to work for a picky client, so they rushed to get me in for interviews and the little testing and such. You do about 3 days of training once you're hired so altogether you can begin work within a week when they are motivated to hire.
Do you let paid for training?
The total process took 5 business days, I got a call the day after I did the online application. The longest part was just waiting on the test results which was 3days.
Drug test / background test
Waiting for results
2 - 3 weeks with unpaid training

With addus in Woodbridge Virginia it took me almost 3months to get paid......
Depends on which office you apply at. I've seen people get processed in three days, other location may take a month. So it's all based on how lazy the office staff is. The office in my area is the worst, never open, never able to answer questions.
It Depends On How Low It Takes A
