Adecco found a temp to hire job for me and it worked out well. I worked as a temp for one year and became a permanent employee for the customer. Adecco was very supportive during the temporary period.

It’s a nice place to work at at the beginning (the first months) after that they give more and more work and ask you to meet unrealistic hourly/daily goals. Management don’t really care about you, if you get a nice leads you would be very lucky, most of leads don’t even know what they are doing and they don’t help you. Benefits are terrible.

The assignment I was given through Adecco was with a decent company with nice people. During my time at my assignment I ended up hurting my back though, and my assigned company shortly let me go. Adecco never helped me through my workers comp and NEVER even told me that I could legally collect unemployment while waiting to return after I was released from my assignment and feeling better, so my family went 3 weeks without any income coming in.

You have no job security or support from the company. You're just a body that they need to fill a position with. If you don't mind working your life away to give them pay of your income, then you'll love it, but if you ever want anything in life, look for a direct hire position.
