About not hiring felons, you need to check there work record prior to incarceration. As well check there institutional conduct and record via their parole officer. I found out the hardest workers come from prison, for they work for 18 dollars a month or less even pennies on the hour. How do you think they are going to work for a real pay on the hour. Just ask my manager about me at UAM, I was once a inmate and they wish they had more like me at there company.
