It depends on how many years it's been. I have a felony that is 14 years old and I work for Adecco every peak.

About not hiring felons, you need to check there work record prior to incarceration. As well check there institutional conduct and record via their parole officer. I found out the hardest workers come from prison, for they work for 18 dollars a month or less even pennies on the hour. How do you think they are going to work for a real pay on the hour. Just ask my manager about me at UAM, I was once a inmate and they wish they had more like me at there company. By the way, I am their facility leader and make sure things are safe, clean and runnng properly. Respectfully Bill Clark....Canton, Ohio
