Clinician (Former Employee) – Hanover, MD – November 15, 2017
I enjoyed my colleagues for the most part and the patients and staff. Adfinitas was obsessed with numbers The company was not at all interested in feedback. The benefits and pay were good.
I learned to speak to an employee who has left a company to obtain objective feedback before accepting a position. I also learned to find out what a company's expectations really are before taking a job.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the patients and staff. The hardest part of the job was the call for multiple sites (as many as 15) and the calls seemed to go on and one.
