Great company to work
Chemist II (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - December 3, 2023
Excellent work-life balance, very good salary and benefits. Nice environment. Supportive and encourager management and coworkers. It is a very good company to gain experience and to be trained in an FDA regulated pharmaceutical company.

As soon as you get the knowledge you need to get another job- leave
Quality Control (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - September 8, 2023
The best part of this company is the people- but don’t get attached because it’s constantly a revolving door. The experience gained is great but as soon as you get it that’s all you’ll get from this company because the pay is not equal to the responsibilities asked of you. Management in all levels is very rude, condescending and continually blame everyone for their failings except themselves. They love to talk about FDA readiness while they continue operating under clear SOP and regulatory violations. Lots of red flags. Take what you can and leave just like everyone does.

Very Toxic and destructive environment
Technician (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - August 21, 2023
Typical day at work - Very toxic, inhumane conditions and expectations. You are literally watched like a "hawk", looked down and very unwelcoming culture. Unable to learn anything or carry out a normal work shift Management is a key problem since company induction, it is pretty much like being present in an elementary school on a daily basis. Workplace culture - Super toxic and Juvenile Hardest part of the job - Everything! Most enjoyable part of the job - Leaving your work shift! Needless is to say, I would never work for such company. The owner has the son running the company so that should tell you everything in a nutshell.
Pros
Nothing!
Cons
Everything

Do Not Recommend for any type of what defines a workplace
Compliance (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - June 19, 2023
a typical day at work: High work level expectations with no training provided. company violates employee rights and privacy. CEO, HR (who is ran by CEO decisions only) and VP/Upper management are on same juvenile primitive mindset. What you learned: Not to work for companies alike. Management: poor growth mindset, juvenile. Not focus on company growth. Workplace Culture: Very Unhealthy The Hardest part of the job: CEO's lack of leadership causes a domino effect on the rest of the company operations and affects the company very negatively. The most enjoyable part of the job: When I got to leave for the day
Pros
you learn not to work for another corporation, you learn not to trust HR, another pro was when the work shift was over
Cons
Everything, I mean, Everything

ADMA is a great company to work for. Management does genuinely care about the employees and is helpful. Coworkers are inclusive and work together well. Everyone at ADMA is very nice.
Pros
Great team, management is kind and encouraging, good work ethic from all, relaxed work environment
Cons
No real employee at-work perks, not much communication with upper management, some divide across departments

Wonderful working environment.
Facilities Support Specialist (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - March 8, 2023
The company's culture is fantastic overall and quite diverse. Everyone is really kind and respectful. with many opportunities for growth. Excellent benefits and they genuinely show their appreciation for the employees' efforts through various activities.
Pros
Employee appreciation events, excellent benefits, and plenty of potential for professional development.
Cons
Not a con, however if you are looking for a remote job, this might not be for you as the job is mostly performed onsite.

Good for starting but low salaries
Don't want to say just in case (Current Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - July 29, 2022
Work here for 2 years max to get experience and then move on once you have experience. They might start you at the wonderfully low rate of $20-22/hr. With 0.26% raises. Do your best to learn here. Lots to learn to look good for more caring companies.

One of the worst Managers Ever
Laboratory Associate (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - April 22, 2022
Worst manager I ever had and single handedly created the turnover rate in their department. Condescending and Disrespectful. Multiple people in other departments have witnessed this as well.

Good Place to Learn the Basics of Lab Work but a toxic, profit orientated, disrespectful place nonetheless
Microbiologist (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - February 16, 2022
Working at ADMA helped me learn the basics of working in a biopharma lab. For that I’ll be thankful. However, all other aspects of the company are awful. The upper management cares little about the analysts/chemists working in the lab. Problems concerning favoritism, skewed results, and generally low moral are swept under the rug and rarely acknowledged. The CEO doesn’t care for his workers and only wants to see profits. Raises are only given to those who bow down and kiss the feet of the CEO and upper management. Even though the company broke record profits in 2020-2021, raises weren’t given out and no salaries were matched to the rise of inflation. If you want to work here, be very weary. The lab analysts are always talked down and looked down upon while the manufacturing facility and staff are given special treatment. Flawed results are always blamed on laboratory personnel and never on the manufacturing personnel (even when it is clear something on the manufacturing side is to blame such as improperly delivered/collected in process samples). The pay vs work balance was also extremely off putting. Analysts were never given raises and only vague promises of internal advancement were given. Analysts in the lab would on average make 20-25% less than the national average pay for microbiologists and chemists. Working weekends and late hours were common and overtime was discouraged as the company does not like to pay its employees more than what is required by law. Learn what you can and leave as soon as possible.

disorganized
Physicians Substitute (Former Employee) - Kennesaw, GA - January 21, 2022
Horrible place to work. I have 20 years of emergent and non emergent medical experience. Their "company training" program is horrible, little to no support (for the Phys. sub position) Everyone is just a number, very "clickish" with the staff that has been there a while.
Pros
Good place for young Phlebotomist to work to gain experience
Cons
everything mentioned in my review

Toxic Place - Stay away!
Operations (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - August 26, 2020
Toxic work culture full of bullies and unprofessional behavior starting from the top down. The top leader is prone to outbursts, a complete control freak and one of the main reasons this company might never reach its full potential. People are in constant fear of losing their job for any reason. People are also afraid of bringing issues to HR for fear of retaliation, since it's well known HR is useless. They just pretend to care which in turn keeps enabling the bullies. They've been having a lot of problems hiring and retaining employees so they keep throwing money and titles at people to lure them in but as soon as they realize what they got themselves into, they're out the door. My advice for potential candidates is: stay away! The money isn't really worth it. And for board members: pay attention to the high employee turnover ratio; this is the best indicator something's wrong. Hire a proven leader who will grow the company while also treating the employees with respect and dignity.
Pros
Good health insurance plan
Cons
Toxic work culture. Go back to my review for detail. Also, their vacation (PTO) policy is subpar compared to the rest of the industry.

Was good at first
Former Worker (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - August 12, 2020
Job started out great at first and I had a real sense of joy coming in and doing my job, but that suddenly changed when certain new people came to power. It's crazy how one certain individuals here will find any little thing to complain about even though you are getting your work and tasks done at a quick and efficient rate compared to others. It's crazy how those individuals will talk bad about you behind your back and get you blackballed to the director, but yet smile and joke with you in your face.

Low pay and slow promotions
QC Chemist (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - July 2, 2020
I could go on and on about this place and why it stinks, for me it was the low pay and lack of recognition from management. You have to fit into a certain appearance and present yourself a certain way to move up, moving up has nothing to do with your actual skill level, instead its all about how fake you can be and how much management favors you. The craziest part of all of this is that they pay workers with a lower education in different departments MORE then they pay there own QC employees and its a pharmaceutical company!! I feel bad for everybody else there that still cant figure this out for themselves. This company does not care about its QC employees at all, to them you are just machine operators that are easily replaced by the nearby college.
My Advice: Get your experience and get the F out! There is so much more opportunity in other places.
Pros
Good for people with no experience.
Cons
Low Pay, Poor Advancement, Horrible Management

Toxic workplace
Employee (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - February 18, 2020
Stay away. This place will cause you immense amounts of stress since there are too many office politics, backstabbing, dictatorship-like authority, and lies. Management (most, not all) are a bunch of people who play favorites, and exemplify a high school-like environment. The cliques at the bottom can be fierce as well, but pales in comparison to the ones at management level. The company is filled with rumors, and the performance review process is a joke. People are reminded that they are replaceable constantly. Having a logical opinion versus a subjective one is a hazard to your performance review, and employment. If you have great ideas that management doesn't like for whatever reason, consider yourself not a team player at ADMA. Your job is at risk everyday due to hypersensitive management, HR, and employees. Some people find it home, but I think they are in the "in" crowd. There are some nice and brilliant people there. However, most of them are terrified by the company, and I am pretty sure trying to leave at the earliest opportunity. I am not sure if they deserve even one star, but there isn't a 0 star option. People have gotten fired for feeding animals in the parking lot, and for other petty reasons. The drugs they make can help people, but they source from poor people in low income areas with their plasma centers like Dracula. The company is not profitable, and on an FDA warning letter.

Management needs training.
Scientist 1 (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - November 11, 2019
The company has potential but the CEO and upper management aren't great decision makers. HR needs better training on how to deal with employees and complaints.

Bad senior management. Stay away!!!!
Former Employee (Former Employee) - Boca Raton, FL - September 30, 2019
This is one of the most toxic companies I have ever worked for. It all starts from the top. They hire senior management basically because they know how to sell themselves and use the little people to do their work. They know nothing. People are always leaving because this place is just filled with people who know nothing and are very bitter. Just stay away. Look at all of the openings, that speaks for itself!!!
