Director of Product (Current Employee) – New York, NY – February 1, 2017
This is your basic ad tech. You can learn a lot working here and there is a good team of good people on board and between staff very little politics. Management is steering the ship but it's never quite clear where. People work well together.

adMarketplace is a great place to work, especially for a young professional. Its a fast paced work environment where you'll be both busy and having fun at the same time. I truly enjoy everyone I work with and have learned so much in the past time that I've been here. (Right over a year). One of the best parts of working at adMarketplace is the amount that you'll learn. You will be asked to work on a lot of tasks, some you might know, many you will not, but you'll learn (fast). Inadvertently, you'll become a jack of all trades, skilled in various areas and gather more responsibilities as you go. Go here to build a career.
free lunch on friday, ping pong table, kegerator, unlimited twizzlers!

Very fast paced environment. The ability to make an impact in many areas. The company has really focused on balancing hard work with fun and recently brought in a ping pong table for tournaments, kegorator, gourmet lunches on Friday, fantasy sport leagues, video game tournaments to help contribute to a well rounded culture.
you can grow quickly
accountability...not a bad thing but something most people aren't prepared for
Business Development (Current Employee) – New York – February 7, 2013
If you're looking for a place to grow, learn and make an impact then this is a great place to do it. They have high expectations of everyone coming in the door, and you are managed against those goals. That being said you can get involved with projects and activities that are cross functional more easily then most companies. Over the past year they have been doing a lot of great team building activities..i.e. bowling, ping pong tournaments, catered Fridays, kegorator and more.
The product is top notch and really starting to hit stride with both advertisers and publishers. The company is profitable and funding it's own growth so there aren't any VC issues that most companies run into.
you have the ability to make a big impact
if you need a lot of hand holding this may not be the place for you
Account Executive (Former Employee) – New York – October 25, 2011
Small company energy combined with large company results make for a great working situation. Hard work is rewarded, management is fair and forward-thinking, and compensation is strong. Highly recommend the experience.
