Every December, your Manager completes a Merit Increase. Your increase is dictated by your work country. USA employees receive a 3.5% increase. Usually, finance approves an additional discretionary allocation, but it is relatively insignificant. Most Adobe employees are assigned a percentage-based bonus plan (minimum: 5%) The annual bonus payment is distributed in early March.
