How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at ADT Security Services? What are the steps along the way?
It really depends on the position you are applying for. An experienced technician could be hired on the spot if they are short handed, but an office person may take longer.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make ADT Security Services a better place to work?
I would invest more in marketing efforts...not marketing people, but actual commercials and online spots.
You will never get off at a decent time. Most days you will be getting off at like 8pm.
All these answers are wrong. They make you work too much. You will be working from 8 am till 10 PM a lot. If you complain they will write you up and fire you. Also the starting pay really blows.
Does ADT pay weekly or Bi-Weekly? Also, How long before the first check? like if they pay Bi-weekly is it going to take 3 weeks to get paid?
As of April 1,2017 bi-weekly
I was not trained proper. They made me go to San Antonio. Gave me the wrong Suite # to begin with. They basically made me sit at a desk with a computer they never showed me what to do their. One person would take me to their desk to learn, but as soon as I started writing things down they moved me to another desk. They showed me to another trainer who never told me what to do, just did her thing and made me watch. On Monday I went to my supposed office. Only to find out that their email was wrong and I should have been back in San Antonio. I tried to do this by myself with very little training. I would have to message everyone I never really met to get things done. New things would pop up. Things I had no idea to take care of. There was supposed to be a co worker who isn't really a co worker to train me. Yeah, figure that out. When I asked her for training she would speak to me like 3 minutes before she had to move on. And she got to tell me that after a month I should have known all of this. And another trainee told me that she calls 50 people a day to Confirm. Why cant I do more? Dont work there if you want to get trained properly. I have heard how so many managers have been lost...I wonder why
