Good leads, but not everything works

Overall a well structured company with clearly defined goals. Management can put certain reps in better territories based on personal preference. Territories change often and it's hard to get used to a new area. Training is excellent.
Expectations are high, and with a lot of work achievable. You can make your own hours for the most part, but you are expected to work at least 6 days a week and to make you target you really have to.
